Dammit all to hell

So in one of my ever-so-clever plots to leave work early I changed the power settings of my monitor so that it didn't shut off. I come into work and log on as usual and see... well not sure what I see.

I wipe off my monitor and off course make it dirtier so I have to go get paper towels to clean off my self-applied mess. And yet... it is still there.. What is that?..

Yes I burned my desktop background image into my 19" LCD monitor. It is glorious. I see it when I'm reading my email. I see it when I'm working in Word. I see it even when I don't want to see it. And on a black background it's like a stained glass painting...

I mean cmon, I thought burning stuff into your monitor was a big hoax or something..

So logically, I have been scoping out other cubicles around me to see when I can make . .. . the switch...
