Ladies and Gentlemen, I think I've been outed.

No not like that.

See, heres the thing; the first person to come into the office is usually the first one to make coffee, unless he/she has the bird flu, in which case they keep to themselves.

I, starting as of a month or two ago, am now usually the first one in the office, arriving around 545-6am (the earlier I can leave the better). Unfortunately this early in the morning I do not have the desire or the sense of responsibility to carry the water jugs down to the water fountain to fill them up or clean out the coffee pots.

So I wait patiently for Chris (sits just to the left of Kelly) to come in because he normally makes his first batch TWICE as strong.

But I have come to suspect that my co-workers have begun to wonder why when they arrive to work 1) There is not coffee and 2) Michael is constantly typing.

I try to stay very still when they pass my cube hoping their vision is like that of a T-Rex, not recognizing objects unless they move.

Chris just got here, coffee soon! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
